CLASSES
Your first online class will be FREE of charge
Due to the Coronavirus the following classes are not running at present. We hope to be back as soon as possible, in the meantime check out our online classes
Group classes
We generally run classes in 7-week terms. This gives us the chance to get to know you and any conditions you may have. Beginners’ classes always have less than 12 people so the teacher can give lots of individual guidance and feedback.

Newcomers
We always recommend that newcomers to Pilates start in a beginners’ class, even if already fit. You need good postural alignment and body awareness for the exercises to be effective, and this is practised and explained in detail in a beginners’ class.
Innovative new programmes
Starting an exercise programme can be easy: sticking to it is often more difficult! To keep things fresh and exciting, the exercises and equipment changes every 7 weeks. Different types of equipment target the muscles in different ways, helping to maintain a balanced programme and you to progress.
Make up missed sessions
With over 15 classes running each week, it’s easy for you to make up a class if you miss one of your usual classes. You can drop in at any of the other sessions on the timetable, provided it’s during the same 7-week term and there is space available. Please contact Sheila.
