Due to the potential impact Coronavirus may have, especially to the many older adults and vulnerable people who come to Pilates, could you please cancel your Pilates class if:

· You are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms

· Have travelled to any of the infected areas

· Had contact with anyone that has been confirmed with

Coronavirus.

Information relating to your class:

· All of the equipment is sprayed with an anti-viral spray

in-between each class. I am washing my hands

between classes and trying not to touch anyone!

· At present I am not providing cushions so it would help if

you bought your own towels and also washed your

hands thoroughly on arrival.
